Please review the following details about our return policy:

Condition & Description of Items

  • Most items sold through our online store are second-hand. We make every effort to provide detailed descriptions and photos that accurately represent each product’s condition.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge the item’s second-hand nature and agree to the condition as described. If you are unsure about an items specific condition, please contact us on info@megacash.com.au before making a purchase.

Returns on broken goods

  • We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item arrives damaged or differs significantly from the description provided. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Electrical goods come with a 30-day warranty. If a defect is discovered within 30 days of purchase, contact us to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
  • You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a refund, you can contact us at info@megacash.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 147 Queen Street, St Marys, NSW, 2760, Australia.
  • If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any refund questions at info@megacash.com.au.
  • If your refund is accepted, we will email you to let you know the outcome and deposit the money back into the original account you used to purchase the item. If the refund is not accepted, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know why.
  • Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on change of mind.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards. 

Damages and Issues during shipping

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Send any information to info@megacash.com.au.
  • We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • We unfortunately do not have control of delivery time frames after dispatch. We will provide you with a shipping tracking number and details of where you can track your item. Shipping during peak times (E.g. Christmas and Black Friday) may be longer than usually acceptable. Please be more patient during these periods.

Exchanges

  • We assess exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to exchange your item with another item on our website please contact us immediately at info@megacash.com.au.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it in for an exchange to be accepted.
  • Depending on the circumstances you may be expected to cover all shipping costs incurred in an Exchange.
  • Certain items such as gift cards, perishable items, cooking products, TCG products can not be exchanged.
