Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here is everything you need to know about our shippingย process and policies.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed by the end of the next business day. We prepare andย ship items between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. During timesย of high demand please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed.
  • Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or during public holidays willย be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Options

  • Standard and Express Shipping: We offer both standard and express shippingย options within Australia. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are paidย by the buyer. We do offer free shipping on certain items. Please see the specificย item page to see if this is available.
  • International Shipping: International shipping is available on a case-by-caseย basis, at the customerโ€™s expense. Some items may not be eligible forย international shipping, and certain destinations may be restricted. Pleaseย contact us at info@megacash.com.au if you wish to request an item be shippedย internationally.ย 

Pick-Up In-Store

  • Customers can choose to pick up their online orders at our St Marys branch, 147 Queen Street, St Marys, NSW 2760, with prior notice.
  • Once your order is ready, weโ€™ll notify you via email, and it will be available forย pick-up during our standard weekday business hours. These are Mondayโ€“Friday,ย 9amโ€“5pm. Pick up is not available on weekends unless previously arranged.
  • You will be required to produce the Pickup details and Identification to pick upย pre-paid items. If you are sending someone on your behalf, please provide usย with their details beforehand. We may reject pick up from someone whoโ€™s nameย is not on the order.

Warranty and Returns

  • 30-Day Warranty on Electrical Goods: We offer a 30-day warranty on allย electrical items purchased from our website.
  • Damaged or Lost Goods: In the event that your order arrives damaged in anyย way, please email us as soon as possible at info@megacash.com.au with your order number and a photo of the itemโ€™s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
  • No Change-of-Mind Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns forย change of mind.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, youโ€™ll receive an email with trackingย details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Potential Service Interruptions

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrierย delays, customs processing for international orders, or inclement weather. Weย appreciate your patience in these instances.
